Thank you for your message, yes we have only just had our baby, a little boy Hubert “Bertie” Arthur Mulholland, after a very long wait! The birth was so far from what we planned, we ended up having a long labour and an emergency c section, but he is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for the classes they really helped me with all my ailments during pregnancy and the breathing and positive mental attitude definitely helped. Attending the first yoga class in my pregnancy was a real turning point for me in a very miserable start to my pregnancy it got me back in the right head space so thank you. Your weekly confessions of a birthing ball kept me on the straight and narrow ;-). Hope you had a fab holiday. Take care. Cassandra and Martin.
