Dear Ann,
I want to apologize for getting in touch so late, the first weeks were overwhelming for me.
I want to thank you: the breathing techniques helped me a lot to cope with the contractions in the first night after the induction, but in the second day I needed an epidural and Cloe (baby girl 7lb 4oz) was born with the forceps in theater (we almost had an emergency c-section…) the 3rd of July.
We are both fine and i can sleep and think better now 😊
