At just £80 per person, our 4-hour Mini Spa Days are fantastic value, offering you a range of specialist treatments that would usually cost well in excess of £130. Run by Pam & Mandy Smith, of Faith House fame, and Ann Simmonett, founder and owner of Yoga You Sanctuary, you can be sure of a first class service and a memorable experience.

For the Face...
Cleanse, tone, hot towel decongestant, luxury face mask, Honey Lift Facial, followed by Jade and Marble Cold Stones Deep Moisturising Therapy with pure essential oils for expert de-stressing, uplifting and revitalising facial skincare.

For the Body...
Body brush exfoliation, Cologne Friction Detox, sea mineral wrap with essential oils, and Hot Stone Massage treatment for a deeply therapeutic experience on all levels. Finished with complimentary tea or coffee.

Yoga You Sanctuary operates a strict Cancellation Policy. In the event of a cancellation with more than a full 48 hours before a Spa appointment then a future date may be selected, or you may transfer the place to another person, providing of course that they comply with all the other conditions herein mentioned and their health questionnaire is completed immediately. In the event of complete cancellation within this 48 hour period only a 50% refund will be given. At the discretion of Ann Simmonett and Pam Smith a 90% refund may be given with more than 48 hours to one week’s notice, and with more than one week’s notice a 90% refund will be given unequivocally. If you cancel with less that 24 hours notice, or fail to show for your appointment, you will be invoiced for 100% of the fee payable.

All clients are required to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and return it at least 48 hours before treatment; in some cases of specific medical conditions a spa session is not permitted- please check with Ann or Pam prior to initial booking. All clients are requested to bring with them a dressing gown and slippers and to arrive promptly on their appointment day. Many Thanks and we look forward to meeting you on the agreed date.
