Dear Ann, just wanted to say hello and let you and the yoga ladies know that Alexander has arrived safely on 31/1 weighing 9lb 8 oz. He was a little reluctant to come out and I ended up being induced with regular contractions hit 3 days. As always yoga has helped me to keep a calm mind throughout and I could not have done it without.
Thank you so so much for everything. This is a wonderful class and I would recommend it over and over again! Despite this that’s definitely my last time 😜. Love Anna and Alexander
